Document Status Actions

  1. Period—Choose the year to view. By default the current year is selected.
  2. Download—Download document statuses for offline analysis.
  3. Find—Find and filter documents.

Check the Status of Documents

Click the Document Mgmt tab, then click Status in the secondary menu. The Status screen appears displaying documents in your organization.

  • To filter documents by year, choose the plan year using the Screen Shot 2016-07-08 at 1.38.27 PM  drop-down list.
  • To find specific documents, type the search text in the Find text box, and click the Screen Shot 2016-07-08 at 1.38.37 PM button. The search results appear.
    Clear the Find text box and click theScreen Shot 2016-07-08 at 1.38.37 PM button to reset the search results.
  • To filter documents by route date, click the Screen Shot 2016-07-08 at 1.38.46 PMbutton in the Route Date field and choose the appropriate date using the drop-down calendar that appears.
  • To filter documents by completed date, click theScreen Shot 2016-07-08 at 1.38.46 PM button in the Completed Date field and choose the appropriate date using the drop-down calendar that appears.
  • To filter documents by status, select the appropriate check boxes in the Status section (in the Filters pane).
    You can filter documents using the following statuses:

    • All
    • In Progress
    • Completed
    • Declined
    • Recalled
  • To filter documents by file type, select the appropriate check boxes in the File Type section (in the Filters pane). You can filter documents using the following file types:
    • All
    • Plan Document
    • Certification Letter
  • Use the page navigation buttons to navigate between the pages of documents.

View a Document

You can display a plan document or certification letter to verify details related to the document.

  1. Click the Document Mgmt tab, then click Status in the secondary menu. The Status screen appears displaying documents in your organization.
  2. Hover over the corresponding document, and click the View button that appears. The document appears in a new tab.

Download Document Statuses

You can download the document statuses for offline analysis using Microsoft Excel or another application.

  1. Click the Document Mgmt tab, then click Status in the secondary menu. The Status screen appears displaying documents in your organization.
  2. Choose the plan year using Screen Shot 2016-07-08 at 1.38.27 PM  the drop-down list
  3. Click the  Screen Shot 2016-07-08 at 2.17.20 PM button. Depending on your browser, a dialog might appear allowing you to specify where to save the file. Save the file to your local machine.
