Manage Your Password

You can manage your Xactly password, including changing your current password and modifying your challenge question, as needed.

A password must be 5 to 12 characters long, depending on your organization’s password policies, and can contain any combination of upper- and lowercase alphabetical or numeric characters.

note: The Manage Password option is available only if you are able to log in to Xactly Incent directly (through the Xactly Incent login page).

1. Click the Welcome <Your Name>  link, and choose Manage Password in the dropdown menu. The Manage Password dialog appears.

2. In the Old Password field, type your existing password.

3. In the New Password field, type your new password.

note: The password cannot contain any part of the user name. Also, you cannot reuse any of your last 12 passwords.

4. In the Confirm New Password field, type your new password again.

5. In the Challenge Question field, choose your challenge question using the dropdown list.

6. In the Answer field, type your answer to the challenge question.

7. Click the  button. Alternatively, click the button to dismiss the dialog without saving your settings.
