Reset a Forgotten Password

1. On the login page, click the Forgot Password? link. A page appears allowing you to specify your user name.
2. In the Username* field, type your user name (in the form of an email address, such as user@company.com).
3. Click the Get Password button. Xactly Incent sends an email message with a link to reset the password.
4. Click the link (in the email message) and reset your password.

note: Xactly Incent locks the account immediately after you click the link to reset the password and unlocks the account only after you successfully reset your password.
