myHome Introduction
The Home area offers an advanced, at-a-glance dashboard, featuring a series of
pods that enable you to perform common administrative tasks quickly and easily from
a single location.
The Home area also includes advanced search features that you can use to find
orders and results across multiple periods. You can also use the Home area to display
detailed plan information for a specific user.
What You Can Do
You can complete the following tasks in the Home area:
• View Xactly announcements
• Run and download a series of admin reports, directly from the dashboard
• Monitor the license and storage usage for your business
• Display current year payments
• Check currently-activated Xactly modules
• Perform basic or advanced searches of order and results data across multiple
periods (up to 13 months)
• Display detailed plan information showing both personal data (standard and custom
fields) and plan information
myHome
You can use the myHome area to access an advanced, at-a-glance dashboard that
enables you to perform common administrative tasks quickly and easily from a single
location. Information is presented as a series of pods that you can further expand to
display detailed information without having to leave the page.

Display the myHome Area
• Click the Home tab. The myHome area appears.
Work with the Pods
This section describes how to work with specific pods that allow you to display additional
information.
Use the Admin Reports Pod
1. Choose the report you want to run using the drop-down list.
You can choose from among the following admin reports:
• Login Audit
• People assigned to Plans
• Rules assigned to Plans
2. In the Download Name field, type the download name of the report.
3. Specify the remaining information for the admin report.
If you chose the Login Audit report, do the following:
a. In the Start Date field, click in the text box and select a date in the pop-up

b. In the End Date field, click in the text box and select a date in the pop-up
calendar that appears.
c. In the File Type field, choose either CSV or Text using the drop-down list.
If you chose the People assigned to Plans report, do the following:
a. In the Plan Period field, choose the corresponding period using the dropdown

b. In the Position Effective Date field, click in the text box and select a date in
the pop-up calendar that appears.
c. In the File Type field, choose either CSV or Text using the drop-down list.
If you chose the Rules assigned to Plans report, do the following:
a. In the Plan Period field, choose the corresponding period using the dropdown
list.
b. In the File Type field, choose either CSV or Text using the drop-down list.
4. Click the button to run the report. The
icon appears when the report has successfully run.
5. Click the button to download the report to your
local machine.
Alternatively, to display information about the report, click the button. A
pop-up appears displaying the download name, the report type, and the
report expiration date and time.
To delete a report, click the button. A confirmation dialog appears. Click
the OK button to confirm the deletion; click the Cancel button to dismiss the
dialog without deleting the report.
6. Click the button to display help information.
7. Click the button to expand the pod.
In addition to running new reports, you can also download or delete reports
that were run in the prior 48 hours.
Click the button to collapse the pod.
Use the Usage Data Pod
The pod displays the allocated and available licenses and storage information for
your business.
• To request additional licenses or more storage, click the corresponding
Request More link. A dialog appears allowing you to compose an email to
request the additional resources.
• Click the button to display help information.
• Click the button to expand the pod.
In addition to the license and storage summary information, the expanded
pod displays additional information about how the storage usage is distributed
across the suite of Incent products, along with the history of storage usage.

Use the Modules Pod
The pod displays the Xactly Modules activated and available to your business.
• To learn more about a module, click the Learn More link.
• Click the button to display help information.
• Click the button to expand the pod.
The expanded pod displays additional information about each module.

Use Current Year Payments Pod
The pod displays a bar chart of current incentive year payments, by period. Note
that the values include both pending and released payments.
• Hover the cursor over a section of the chart to display a pop-up showing the
corresponding period and value.
• To display the pod using another currency, click the button and choose the
currency using the drop-down list.
Click the button to save your setting. Alternatively, click the
button to cancel without saving the currency setting.
• Click the button to display help information.
• Click the button to expand the pod.
The expanded pod displays a larger bar chart along with the following information:
• Commissions Earned—The total of all held and released commissions
• Bonuses Earned—The total of all held and released bonuses earned
• Draw Earned—The total of all draws earned
• Recovered Balance—The total balance recovered this period from a previous
negative balance
• Payments Earned—The total pending and released payments
To display the current year payments in another currency, choose the corresponding
currency using the Currency drop-down list.

Display the Business Dashboard
You can display the business dashboard for your organization.
note: By default, the name of the business dashboard is Plan Incentives, however,
this can be configured by the administrator.
1. Click the Home tab. The myHome area appears.
2. Choose the Plan Incentives dashboard using the drop-down menu (near the top
left), The business dashboard for your organization appears.
