Xactly Corporation supports the following Web browsers for the Incent suite of products:

note: Both cookies and JavaScript must be enabled on the respective Web browser.

The products require the following additional software:

• Microsoft Office 2007 or higher (using XLSX-format files)
• Adobe Acrobat version 9 or higher
• Adobe Flash Player version 10.1.0 or higher

note: Xactly supports only one browser session running Incent on a computer at any given time.
Also, Xactly recommends 1280 x 800 as the minimum resolution.

Mobile Native Applications and Operating Systems

Xactly Incent and Compatibility View in Internet Explorer

Current versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer offer a compatibility view that allows the browser to
simulate earlier versions of Internet Explorer. Xactly Incent does not run properly when compatibility
view is enabled in Internet Explorer.

To disable compatibility view:

1. Launch Internet Explorer, if necessary.

2. Choose Tools > Compatibility View (using the main menu) to toggle the feature on and off.
A check mark indicates that compatibility view is enabled. Verify that compatibility view is
disabled.

3. Choose Tools > Compatibility View Settings. The Compatibility View Settings dialog appears.

4. Verify that www.xactlycorp.com does not appear in the Websites you’ve added to Compatibility
View list. Click the Close button to dismiss the dialog.

5. Close and relaunch Internet Explorer.

 

Xactly Incent: Clearing the Cache in Internet Explorer

This document describes how to clear the cache in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

To clear the cache:

1. Launch Internet Explorer, if necessary.

2. Choose Tools > Internet Options (using the main menu).

3. On the General tab, click the Delete button. The Delete Browsing History dialog appears.

4. Select the checkboxes next to the following items:

• Temporary Internet Files
• Cookies
• History
• InPrivate Filtering data

note: Make sure that no other checkboxes are selected.

5. Click the Delete button.

6. After the processing completes, click the OK button.

7. Close and relaunch Internet Explorer.
