You can use the Snapshots area to create snapshots of scenarios.

The following table describes the information you can specify when managing snapshots:
Field | Description |

Scenario Name | The name of the scenario. |
Snapshot Name | The name of the snapshot. |
Description | A description of the snapshot. |
Commissions | The commission aggregation, from among the following: - Total Commissions - Earning Group |
Bonuses | The bonus aggregation, from among the following: - Total Bonuses - Bonus Rule |
Payments | The payments aggregation, from among the following: - Participant - Business Group |

Create Snapshots of Scenarios
important: Before you create a snapshot, be aware of the following:
– You can create a maximum of 10 snapshots.
– You cannot create a snapshot when no results are available.
– You cannot execute the following processes while a snapshot is being created: uploading orders, calculating credit or incentives, deleting results or processed orders, validating orders, releasing held credits or commissions, importing or exporting data, and downloading.
- Click the Analysis tab, then click Snapshots in the secondary menu. The Snapshots screen appears.
- Click the New button.
- Select a scenario name from the drop-down list.
- Type a snapshot name.
- (Optional) Type a description.
- Select the Snapshot Aggregation Settings. (You must select one other aggregation set, in addition to Period.)
• For Commissions, select either total Commissions or Earning Group.
• For Bonuses, select Total Bonuses or Bonus Rule.
• For Payments, select Participant or Business Group.
• For Period, select Monthly. - Click the Create Snapshot button.
