Trouble Logging In

1. Verify that you have access to the Internet.
2. Verify that your username and password are correct.
3. Try logging into Xactly Incent using a browser.


Unable to View Data/Data Not Refreshing

1. Log out of the Xactly Incent app and wait a few minutes before logging back in.

If the issue persists, contact your Xactly Incent administrator.


Resetting Your Password

1. Log in to Xactly Incent using a browser.
2. Click the Preferences tab, then click Change Password in the secondary menu.
3. Type your old password in the Old Password field.
4. Type a new password in the New Password field.

note: The password cannot contain any part of the Username.

1. Re-type your new password in the Confirm New Password field.
2. Click the Save Password button to save your new password.

If you are unable to access this page, contact your Xactly Incent administrator.


Uninstalling the Xactly Incent App

1. Touch and hold the “Xactly Incent” app icon.  The app icon will lift, and present the option to remove.
2. Drag the app icon to the “Remove” trash can to delete the app.


Reinstalling the Xactly Incent App

1. Search for the “Xactly Incent” app in the Play Store. Tap on the app to open the app details page.
2. Tap the INSTALL button.
