You can use the Estimator Fields area to set up standard and custom fields that are visible to all users in the Incentive Estimator.

Required Fields
The following table describes the required information you need to specify when managing estimator fields:

Customize the Estimator Fields
1. Click the Setup tab, then click Customize in the secondary menu and select Estimator Fields from the drop-down menu. The Estimator Fields screen appears.
Step 1 of 2 – Standard Estimator Fields
2. In Step 1, drag and drop all standard fields that you want to be visible to the Selected Order Item Standard Fields column. Move any that you do not want to be visible to the Available Order Item Standard Fields column. You can also order the fields within a column by dragging them up or down.
note: An asterisk (*) indicates a required field that cannot be removed.
3. In Step 2, drag and drop all custom fields that you want to be visible to the Selected Order Item Custom Fields column. Move any that you do not want to be visible to the Available Order Item Custom Fields column. You can also order the fields within a column by dragging them up or down.

4. Click the Save button to save your changes.
