The Route Documents Status page enables you to determine the route document status.
note: Business group administrators can only search, view, and route plan documents and certification letter that are associated with business groups to which the administrators themselves are assigned.

Required Fields
The following table describes the information you can specify when determining routing document status:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Document Type | The type of the document, from among the following: • Plan Document • Certification Letter |
Status | The status of the document, from among the following: • In Progress • Completed • Aborted |
Route Type | The route type for the document, from among the following: • Position • Title • Plan • Positions • Titles |
Effective Date | The effective date of the document. |
Route Time | The route time of the document. |
Last Status Time | The last status time of the document. |

Check the Status of Plan Documents and Certification Letters
1. Click the Document Mgmt tab, and then click Route Documents > Status in the secondary menu. The status screen appears listing the status for each document.
2. Filter the status using the drop-down lists, as required.
3. Click the Search button.
