Reports > Reports Folders

The Report Folders area enables you to view standard Xactly Incent Reports.

important: If a Report covers the entire year, and only report information for a month or quarter is showing (for a selected period), this is because Report Publishing is enabled for and up to the periods that are shown.

How to …

View Standard Reports

To display a list of standard reports, do the following:

1. Select the report you would like to view from the Standard Reports drop-down box. The View Excel button appears.

2. Click the View Excel button and the report downloads as an Excel file.
Depending on the type of report (team or individual) the format of the report changes.

• If the report is for a team, the organizational tree (position hierarchy) is shown here. By selecting each position the following may happen:
• If a person is assigned to the position the corresponding data for that person is displayed on the right.
• If a position does not have a person associated, then an error message is given stating the same.
• If the report is for an individual, the data pertaining to the user who logged in is displayed.

note: For the YTD Attainment column the application rounds to the nearest digit but Excel does not. For example, if the number is 0.17 the application will show 0.00 and Excel will show 0.17.
