myTeam Introduction

The myTeam area provides a Sales Manager and Executives visibility into the individual
and collective performance of the team.

What You Can Do

You can complete the following tasks in the myTeam area:

• Team Incentive Statements Report
• Team Incentive Details Report
• Team Plan Summary Report

All the reports have the following in common:

• Position/Participant hierarchy tree. This tree is defined in Organization > Hierarchy.
It shows the organizational structure of the business.
• If the user has an Executive role, the entire organizational tree is shown.
• If the user has a Sales Manager role, only that position of the tree is shown to
which the user is the manager.
• Apart from the position name, the associated participant (email id) is also shown
in brackets to the right side of the position name. If there is no associated participant,
then the Position name alone, with a hyphen at the end is displayed.
• The tree is always shown collapsed when a report is clicked. There are two visible
indicators for whether the position is a leaf position or a parent position. All leaf
positions have a blue person icon to the left of the position name.
• If it is a parent position and is in a collapsed state, there is a plus sign with a
closed yellow folder image to the left of the position name.
• If it is a parent position and is in an expanded state, there is a minus sign with
an open yellow folder image to the left of the position name.
• The title of the report is given at the left corner, below the page name. The
date and timestamp is also displayed under the title.

important: The content of all of the reports under the myTeam tab are configurable
using Reports > Customize. Therefore, the section labels and content can vary as you
are looking at the report content, depending on how the reports have been set up.

Access Control

The myTeam privilege with its underlying pages is needed for access to the myTeam
area.
