Manage Messages
1. Click the button in the main menu (top right of the screen). The Messages dialog appears. Messages Dialog Unread messages appear in bold.
2. To display a message, click on the corresponding entry in the list. The message appears in the bottom portion of the dialog.
3. To reply to a message, click either the button or the
button. The Send a Message dialog appears. Do the following:
a. (Optional) In the To field, modify the recipients of the message, as required.
b. (Optional) In the Subject field, modify the text as required.
c. In the Message field, type the text of the message.
d. Click the button to send the message. Alternatively, click the
button to dismiss the dialog without sending the message.
4. To create a new message, click the button. The Send a Message dialog appears. Do the following:
a. In the To field, type the recipients of the message.
b. In the Subject field, type the subject of the message.
c. In the Message field, type the text of the message.
d. Click the button to send the message. Alternatively, click the
button to dismiss the dialog without sending the message.
5. To delete a message, select a message in the list and click the button. A confirmation dialog appears. Click the
button to delete the message. Alternatively, click the
button to dismiss the dialog without deleting the message.
6. To mark a message as read or unread, select the message in the list, click the button, and choose either Mark as Read or Mark as Unread using the drop-down menu.
7. To view your sent messages, click the Sent link near the top of the dialog.
8. To download all messages, click the button and choose Download All using the drop-down menu. Depending on your browser, a dialog might appear allowing you to specify where to save the file.
9. Click the button to close the Messages dialog.
note: All system-generated emails sent use a “From” address of “noreply@xactlycorp.com.”
