Support for Unicode
Character support in Xactly Modeling is based on the Unicode standard. This means that you can enter, store, and display a wide variety of characters, including multi-byte characters, such as those typically used in languages such as Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. To have these characters properly display in your browser, however, you need to install the corresponding language packs for your operating system.
Note that because of the Xactly Modeling calculation process, some areas of the application offer limited character set support. When this is the case, the documentation for the section lists any limitations.
note: Text fields that do not support Unicode include username and email fields. Also, support of Unicode for download file names is dependent on the host operating system. For more information, refer to your operating system documentation.
