Change PDF and Printing Options

When printing a dashboard or a view in Xactly Analytics, you can specify page settings
and header and footer content for the PDF output. Dashboards and views are
printed in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.

Header and footer formatting also appear in both HTML and PDF output.

note: The print selections you specify apply to PDF output only. If you then print the
PDF on a local or network printer, the print selections specified in your browser are in
effect, such as the selection for paper size.

To change the PDF and printing options:

1. Click the button (near the top of the dashboard editor), and choose Print
Options using the drop-down menu.

The Print Options dialog appears.

2. Make your selections for the page settings.
note: When exporting a dashboard to either PDF or Microsoft Excel, choose All in
the Print Rows field. This ensures that all rows of data are exported.

3. To add a header or footer, select the appropriate option and click the  button.
Use the options in the dialog to construct the header or footer. Headers and footers
can each contain up to three lines.

4. Click the OK button.
