You can use columns in the Reason Code dimension to add information about the Reason Code to credits, commissions, and bonus data.

The following table describes the columns in the Reason Code dimension.
| Column | Description |

| Reason Code | The name of the reason code associated with the result amount. |
| Reason Code Area | The area where the reason code is applied, either Incentive or a Person version. |
| Reason Type | The type of reason, depending on the reason code area. Examples include "Hold - Bonus" and "Hold - Commission" for Incentive reason code areas, and "Hire" and "Termination" for Person version reason code areas. |
