1. On the login page, click Forgot Password? Link.  Specify user name in designated location.
2. In the Username field, type your username (enter the full email address, such as user@company.com).
3. Click Get Password button.
4. Click the link (in the email message) and reset your password.

Note: Xactly Incent locks the account immediately after the user clicks reset the password and unlocks the account after the user has successfully reset the password.
