Setup > Tags

You can use the Tags area to manage tags for your organization. Tags allow you to assign groupings to plan design items (such as rules or rate tables), thereby making it easier to filter and find related items.

You can use tags in the following ways:

  • General Tags
    • Filter to find items quickly by tag name
    • View multiple related plan design items across various Plan Design areas, displayed in a single listing
    • Archive items to hide them from lists, by default
Note that archiving items from the user interface reduces the number of items visible from the respective Plan Design area. You can use this to hide rate tables or rules from past plan years, for example, so that the items do not appear in lists in the Rate Tables or Rules Library areas respectively. The hidden items do however continue to be visible in applicable areas, such as Incentive Statements, plan documents, or related Plan Design areas.
  • Rules Tags
    • Group rules together for easier assignment and management across plans, instead of manually finding and adding individual rules to plans

You can use tags in several Plan Design areas, including the following:

  • Quotas
  • Formulas
  • Rate Tables
  • Attainment Measures
  • Rules Library
  • Draws
  • Plans
