1. Choose the report you want to run using the drop-down list. You can choose from among the following admin reports:
• Login Audit
• People assigned to Plans
• Rules assigned to Plans
2. In the Download Name field, type the download name of the report.
3. Specify the remaining information for the admin report.
If you chose the Login Audit report, do the following:
a. In the Start Date field, click in the text box and select a date in the pop-up calendar that appears.
b. In the End Date field, click in the text box and select a date in the pop-up calendar that appears.
c. In the File Type field, choose either CSV or Text using the drop-down list.
If you chose the People assigned to Plans report, do the following:
a. In the Plan Period field, choose the corresponding period using the dropdown list.
b. In the Position Effective Date field, click in the text box and select a date in the pop-up calendar that appears.
c. In the File Type field, choose either CSV or Text using the drop-down list.
If you chose the Rules assigned to Plans report, do the following:
a. In the Plan Period field, choose the corresponding period using the dropdown list.
b. In the File Type field, choose either CSV or Text using the drop-down list.
4. Click the button to run the report. The icon appears when the report has successfully run.
5. Click the button to download the report to your local machine.
Alternatively, to display information about the report, click the button. A pop-up appears displaying the download name, the report type, and the report expiration date and time.
To delete a report, click the button. A confirmation dialog appears. Click the OK button to confirm the deletion; click the Cancel button to dismiss the dialog without deleting the report.
6. Click the button to display help information.
7. Click the button to expand the pod.
In addition to running new reports, you can also download or delete reports that were run in the prior 48 hours.
