Use the Search Orders and Payments Pod

You can search your orders and payments using the Search Orders and Payments pod (using the search box at the top of the dashboard, if available).

• Type the search criteria for the orders and payments (including the order code, product, customer, or geography) and click the  button. The Detailed Drill Down page appears showing detailed information about your orders and payments.

note: Incent performs a pattern-based search that returns results that not only match your search criteria exactly but also cases where the search criteria is contained in the matching results.
