Admin Business Messages Now with Login Notifications

Xactly Incent 2016-10 enhances the business messages feature to allow admin-created messages to be presented as a notification to sales users upon login to Xactly. Administrators can use this new feature to present a variety of messages to the entire sales team or subsets of sales reps, based on their title.

Specifically, administrators can now specify whether a message should appear in the Messages pod, as a pop-up message when a user logs in, or both, when creating or editing a message in the Reports > Customize > Pod Messages area.

Sales reps logging into Xactly see the messages in a pop-up dialog with handy controls to navigate through the messages. After a sales rep has seen all available messages, the Close button becomes enabled allowing the user to dismiss the pop-up.

Note: Login notifications are only shown once after login, and are dismissed for subsequent logins. However, a login popup message can be shown in conjunction with messages in the Messages pod, allowing the message to be visible and accessible after initial login.

Double the Number of Available Custom Fields

Xactly Incent 2016-10 doubles the number of available custom fields that can be created and used by administrators. Specifically, the number of custom fields for both People and Orders have been doubled for all types: “date, “string” and “number.”

Xactly Incent for iOS 10 Support

The latest Incent for iOS update adds support for the new Apple iOS version, iOS 10.
