Xactly Incent 2017-03 New Features

Pay Curves with Percent to Goal Rule
Xactly Incent 2017-03 adds pay curves with a Percent To Goal Commission rule, allowing administrators to create plans that pay on the relationship between a person’s quota attainment and their personal target. These features, which are designed to work together, can be included alongside any other rules that have been configured.
Administrators begin by setting up a pay curve with tiers defining the percentage of a personal target that can be achieved within an attainment range.

Administrators can then use this pay curve definition with the new Percent To Goal Commission rule, adding conditions and associating it with the correct quota.

DocuSign Integration with Xactly eDocs – Now in Beta
Xactly eDocs now enables you to secure your plan documents using DocuSign electronic signatures. The feature is currently in beta and is available by invitation only.

Enhancements to Title Category and Quota Classification
Title category and quota classification options have been significantly expanded within Incent to allow for more granular benchmarking and reporting.
The new title categories are available when creating or editing titles in the Organizations > Titles area of Incent. Similarly, the new quota classifications are available when defining quotas in the Plan Design > Quotas area.
New title categories include account manager, channel, business development, specialist, and services roles. Additional quota classifications include customer and product mixes, growth, and profit quota types.
