Xactly Incent 2017-09 New Features

Quota Custom Fields System Function

Xactly Incent 2017-09 adds a new GetQuotaCustomFieldValue system function to the formula builder (in the Plan Design > Formulas area) that returns a custom field value for a specific quota.

Using this new function, administrators are now be able to include custom field values in formulas, which are then available for use in conditions and value fields across the application.

Quota Relationships Assignment Upload

Xactly Incent 2017-09 enhances the upload assignment capability, available when managing quota relationships in the Plan Design > Quota Relationships area.

Administrators can now create upload templates with pre-populated fields and upload them directly. This feature works the same as with other plan design objects, making it easier and more convenient to edit multiple assignments at once.

Quota Relationships in Plan Document

Xactly Incent 2017-09 enhances plan documents by adding a new Quota Relationship section to plan document templates (in the Document Mgmt > Templates > Plan Document area).

Incent selects the relevant quota relationship based on the assignments. This enables administrators to more effectively communicate quota relationship information, increasing transparency by exposing greater detail in total incentive calculations.

Incentive Statement Quarterly View

Xactly Incent 2017-09 enhances adds a new quarterly-only view to the incentive statement, designed for users that are paid on a quarterly basis instead of a monthly basis. In a quarterly-only view, the quarterly sections cannot be expanded and, therefore, monthly values do not show.

Administrators can configure monthly or quarterly pay periods when creating and editing titles (in the Organization > Titles area).

Improved Design for Lookup Table Audit

Xactly Incent 2017-09 introduces an enhanced audit design for lookup tables, featuring a new Audit tab at the plan level. Clicking the Audit tab shows a summary of all the header data changes to the lookup table.

This feature allows administrators to see a summary of the changes without having to download details (though download details continue to be available).
