Xactly Incent 2017-10 New Features

This article describes the new features available in Xactly Incent 2017-10, which include:

• Lookup Table Enhancements
• Plan Design Updates
• Plan Document Template Enhancement

Lookup Table Enhancements

Xactly Incent 2017-10 adds two enhancements to Lookup Tables (in the Plan Design area of the application). First, when uploading lookup table data, administrators can now select the upload parameters. Administrators can choose to allow the creation of new rows, allow updates to existing rows, or allow updates and new row creation.

Second, the Lookup Table audit feature has been enhanced to show more detailed information. Specifically, clicking the Audit tab now displays the last 15 changes in a table showing the modification date, the user who made the change, the associated action, and the previous and new values.

Plan Design Updates

Xactly Incent 2017-10 further enhances the Plan Design area of the application with the following new features:

• When defining pay curve tiers, administrators can now specify decimal values in the Quota Attainment and Personal Target percentage fields.
• When working with Commission Rules, administrators can now search and sort by description fields. In addition, administrators can specify the attainment measure when creating a percent to goal commission rule.

Plan Document Template Enhancement

Xactly Incent 2017-10 enhances Plan Document templates (in the Document Mgmt area) by allowing administrators to insert quota relationships as dynamic variables. Rate tables and pay curves are referenced through a lookup table and added to the plan document.

This provides administrators with additional flexibility when creating explanatory content in a plan document.
