Xactly Incent 2017-11 New Features

This article describes the new features available in Xactly Incent 2017-11, which include:

New Supported Languages

Xactly Incent 2017-11 adds support for Spanish (Mexico) and Japanese (Japan) within the application. Administrators can activate these languages when setting business preferences (in the Setup > Preferences area).

After the languages are activated by an administrator, users will see these options in the language drop-down when setting their preferences.

Enhanced Plans Interface with Active Dating

Xactly Incent 2017-11 enhances the user interface for managing plans, accessible in the Plan Design > Plans area.

In addition, the Plans page now offers administrators the ability to assign active date titles and positions to a plan. This means that if active dates are configured, users can then automatically switch to a different plan on a specific date during a plan year.

Plan Document Template Enhancements

Xactly Incent 2017-11 enhances and improves the flexibility of plan document templates by allowing administrators to do the following:

  • Add a text block next to the signature area
  • Create plan document templates without assignments
  • Create text blocks without titles

Creating text blocks without a title allows administrators to add paragraphs of text to a plan document, in a sequence, and then show or hide each paragraph using conditional logic.

Commission Rules Search Enhancement

Xactly Incent 2017-11 enhances the search capability in the Plan Design > Commission Rules area of the application. Search parameters are now saved when navigating between search results and the editing of rules.

This allows administrators to quickly and easily return to the same filtered list after editing or creating a rule, thereby reducing the time it takes to edit several rules in a search.
