Xactly Incent 2019-02 New Features

This article describes the new features available in Xactly Incent 2019-02, which include the following:

• Enhanced Calendar User Interface
• Addition of Roles to Audit Report
• Support for Safari Browser

Enhanced Calendar User Interface

Xactly Incent 2019-02 enhances the user interface in the Setup > Calendars area of the application, making it simpler and quicker to define fiscal calendars for your organization.

The enhancements include a new calendar builder that greatly streamlines the process of creating a new fiscal calendar with all of its associated periods. In addition, the new Calendar page contains enhanced search and filter capabilities, as well the ability to view audit information for each period.

With the new calendar builder, administrators can now define a calendar year with four quarters and three months in as few as four clicks!

Addition of Roles to Audit Report

Xactly Incent 2019-02 enhances the Audit report available in the Data > Audit area by adding support for auditing roles. With the addition of the Role object type, administrators can now download audit data related to 13 Incent object types.

Specifically, administrators can now audit the creation, modification, and deletion of roles, as well as privileges being enabled and disabled.

Note: Ensure the Data tab > Audit privilege is enabled for Administrator roles to gain access to this area of the application.

Support for Safari Browser

Xactly Incent 2019-02 adds Apple Safari to the list of officially supported browsers.
