This guide focuses on the capabilities of Xactly Incent targeted towards sales teams, using the following tabs in the application:

• Home displays the standard dashboard for your business, as well as one or more customizable user dashboards.
• myIncentives displays your standard compensation reports, including Incentive Statement, Incentive Details, and Plan Summary.
• myTeam gives managers and executives visibility into individual and team performance.
• Incentive Estimator enables you to run “what-if” incentive compensation calculations, based on actual plans and attainment, providing visibility into compensation before, during, and after a sale.
• Reports provides managers and executives visibility into individual and team performance through the following standard reports: Incentive Statement, Plan Summary, Team Incentive Details, Team Incentive Statements, Team Plan Summary, and Team Ranking.
• Document Management enables you to monitor the status of plan documents and certification letters and to view the contents of plan documents and certification letters.
