Xactly Objectives 2017-08 New Features

Flexible Due Dates
Xactly Objectives 2017-08 adds the ability to create and assign additional sets of due dates in Objectives. These changes help ensure that all managers and employees understand the expected time frame for each of their actions in Xactly Objectives.
Administrators can assign these due dates as needed to individuals in the Plan Design > Bonus Targets area. For example, employees in EMEA may have a different plan completion date than employees in North America.
In addition, the due dates are now configured relative to the period start and end dates so administrators no longer need to modify due dates for each new period.
Employee Evaluation Due Date
Xactly Objectives 2017-08 adds a new due date and email notification for employees to evaluate the objectives on their plan. Administrators can now

Create Due Date Screen
Disable Employee Evaluation
Xactly Objectives 2017-08 adds a new evaluation option to the Create Objective screen giving administrators and managers the ability to disable employee self-evaluation. When disabled, employees will no longer have the option to enter an evaluation for the objective.
