Incent Concepts Guide

Welcome to the Xactly Incent Concepts Guide. Xactly Incent is a rule-based incentive compensation application that allows companies to easily create and manage any type of compensation plan.

This guide is written for compensation administrators and is designed to help you better understand the underlying principles of Incent and how to use the application most effectively.
